Printing, copying, and scanning facilities are available at:

VU Brisbane campus Learning Hub at Level 1, 269 Wickham St, Fortitude Valley

VU Sydney campus Learning Support Level 1, 160 Sussex Street

How to print:

1. Register your access card with Student Services on the Ground Floor.
2. Open your document on one of the desktop PCs available in the Learning Hub.
3. Print the document by pressing Ctrl+P or File > Print menu.
4. Select the printer Student_Follow_me_BW from the list.
5. A pop-up window will appear prompting for authentication. Login to PaperCut: Enter your username and password was provided on registration.
6. The print job will be sent to SHARP printer available in the Learning Hub.
7. TAP you access card on the printer's card scanner to log in to your account.
8. Press the print release option. You will see the list of the documents you will be printing.

How to recharge your PaperCut account:

1. Open the web browser and navigate to https://print.eca.edu.au/user .
2. A login prompt will appear. Enter your credentials to authenticate.
3. Select Add Credit option on the dashboard.
4. Choose the desired amount from the Amount to add drop down menu and click Add Value. You will be redirected to an external payment site.
5. Now a screen appears for your payment. Complete your payment using PayPal, debit card, or credit card.
