Research Academic Profiles: Research Outputs

This guide provides an overview of the Research Academic Profile and instructions on how to edit/create profiles.

Research Outputs

When you view your Research Outputs tab in Discovery it will have a Publications Summary if you added this and a Research Outputs section with all of your publications. If you don't want all of your publications to display or you want to change the order they display you can change the settings.

The first thing is you can prioritise which publications are displayed by making them a 'Favourite'.

The second, and perhaps more critical thing to note, is you can set the privacy level for individual objects such as publications.

This is done by clicking on 'Manage Privacy Settings'.

You can adjust the privacy setting for the publication but also the relationship it might have with other objects. See below for more information on Privacy Settings.

It is also possible to add relevant labels to individual objects like Research Outputs. This can be done by clicking on the Labels tab and selecting the labels you want to assign.

Click on 'Edit' to add relevant labels.
